This role is for someone who can spot potential early, keep the creative pipeline moving, and stay organized while working with artists and producers.
What You'll Do
Assist in scouting, shortlisting, and tracking new talent.
Coordinate sessions, demos, feedback, and follow-ups.
Maintain A&R documentation and project status updates.
Work with the broader team to support release readiness.
