About This Role

Synnex Entertainment is a boutique service agency operating at the intersection of music, talent, and culture. We offer Talent Management, Music Marketing & Distribution, A&R, PR, and full Label Services and we're growing.

What You'll Do

Own the day-to-day operations of a fast moving entertainment agency.

Build, manage and hold accountable a cross-functional team across all service lines.

Translate the CEO's vision into executable strategy and measurable results.

Oversee project delivery across Talent, Marketing, A&R, PR, and Distribution.

Identify and close operational gaps before they become problems.

Drive company growth through structure, accountability, and smart decision-making.

Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Report directly to the CEO with full transparency on performance and operations.

Who You Are

You've held the COO title, or an equivalent leadership role, before.

You have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in operations leadership, ideally in entertainment, media, or a creative agency.

You understand how music and talent businesses actually work.

You're a natural at supervising people, holding structure, and getting things done.

You lead with clarity so your team always knows what's expected.

You're growth oriented and take ownership seriously.

You're comfortable in a boutique environment where you wear multiple hats.
